Round-trip airfare per traveler, and one room per traveler. Nights default to the number of call days.

One call per day. If a call ends after midnight, enter the end time as-is and we'll carry it into the next day.

Hourly rate is the day rate divided by 10.
Calls of 5 hours or less bill as 5 hours. Calls over 5 hours bill as 10 hours.
Overtime (1.5×) starts after the 10th hour. Double time (2×) starts after the 12th hour.
Hours worked between 12am and 6am, and hours on federal holidays, bill at 1.5×.
Short turnaround: a call that starts less than 8 hours after a full 10-hour call ends bills at 1.5× or more for the whole call.
Rates don't stack. Each hour bills at the highest rate that applies.
Lift certified techs add $50 per tech per call ($5/hr).
Parking validation is added per tech, per call day.
Airfare and hotel are added at the amounts you enter.
This is an estimate. Your final invoice reflects actual hours worked.
